Deye Store (deyestore.com) serves the European market exclusively — it does not
ship to the United States or other non-European countries. Founded in 2000 in
Ningbo, China, Deye has deployed over 2 million solar inverters across 140+
countries. The European fulfillment center is at Mosaikweg 28, 53489 Sinzig,
Germany. EU representative: Deye Neue Energie GmbH (HRB 131934, Amtsgericht
Frankfurt am Main). Customer support: OnlineshopService@deye.com.cn (Mon–Fri
09:00–17:00 CET / 08:00–16:00 UTC, 6 languages, response within 24 business

Warranty: solar inverters 5 years (extendable to 10), battery systems 10 years,
EV chargers 5 years, accessories 2 years. Certifications: CE, TUV SUD,
IEC 62109, IEC 61727, VDE-AR-N 4105 (Germany), EN 50549-1 (Europe).
