Data refreshes every 1 minute with automatic backfilling if the connection is interrupted. When WiFi reconnects, any missed data points are uploaded to ensure a complete monitoring history.

All Deye inverters are compatible. However, different inverter models require different DPI boards and data cables. Check the compatibility table on this page before ordering to ensure you select the correct variant for your inverter model.
Each package includes: Logger unit, DPI board (model-specific), data cable, and installation guide. The DPI board varies by inverter model — select your inverter type when ordering.

Yes. All data is transmitted via encrypted connection to Deye Cloud servers. Your system data is protected and only accessible through your authenticated account.
