For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Cuiji acts as the Data Controller of your personal information for the activities described in this Privacy Policy. Where affiliated companies within our corporate group also process your personal information, either as joint controllers with Cuiji or as independent controllers, such processing will be conducted in compliance with applicable data protection laws and this Privacy Policy.

We collect, process, and use personal information from and about you, including when you create an account and interact with us to make use of our Services. We collect the following information necessary for Users to access our Services:

1.1 Information You Provide

To use our Services, you may create a Deye Online Store account. When you create an account, purchase goods, make payments, or submit after-sales requests, you need to provide us with the necessary information.

• Create Account. If you create an account, you must provide us with the necessary information so that we can provide our Services to you. This includes your name, your email address or your mobile phone number, your password, your display language, and third-party single sign-in information (if you choose this sign-in method) (“Account Information”). If you do not provide the necessary Account Information to us, you will not be able to use certain features of our Services.

• Purchase Goods. If you purchase goods through our Services, you are required to provide us with the necessary information so that we can process your order and deliver the goods to you. This includes your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email address (“Order Information”). Failure to provide this information will prevent us from fulfilling your order.

• Financial Information. To complete a transaction, you must provide payment details. This includes your credit card or debit card details, financial account numbers, payment card information, transaction details, form of payment, payment confirmations, and other relevant payment details (“Financial Information”). Please note that Financial Information is securely processed by our third-party payment providers.

When you contact our customer support, submit inquiries, file complaints, or send other correspondence, we collect the details you include in these communications (“Communication Information”). (2) Information about your connection to our Services, such as your IP address, network connection status and type, network condition and related information.

Shopify as a Data Processor: For core e-commerce functions (storing product catalogs, inventory management, standard database hosting), Shopify acts as our Data Processor, processing personal data strictly based on our instructions.

Shopify as an Independent Data Controller: If you choose to interact with Shopify’s centralized consumer-facing features (such as completing payments via Shop Pay, logging into the Shop App, or where we utilize Shopify Audiences), Shopify processes your behavior across multiple independent merchant platforms. 4.4 Integrations with third-party

We may integrate third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) or Application Programming Interfaces (API) in our mobile application and website to enhance functionality, provide better user experiences, and collect analytics data.
