All orders ship from our European warehouse in Sinzig, Germany (Mosaikweg 28, 53489 Sinzig). Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Self-pickup is also available at the warehouse address during business hours.
We deliver to all EU member states and select European countries. Standard delivery takes 7–14 working days from our German warehouse. All shipments include tracking. Free shipping is available on orders over €500.
Battery systems carry a 10-year warranty with 6,000+ cycle life guarantee (LiFePO₄). Inverters carry a 5-year standard warranty. EV chargers carry a 2-year standard warranty. As an EU-based store, we offer the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. Note: large photovoltaic products have special return terms due to size and weight. Defective items receive a full refund including return shipping. Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after approval.

All Deye products sold in Europe are CE certified and TÜV SÜD tested. Applicable standards include IEC 62109 (safety), IEC 61727 (grid connection), VDE-AR-N 4105 (Germany low-voltage grid), and EN 50549-1 (European grid requirements). Battery systems use LiFePO₄ chemistry rated for 6,000+ charge cycles at 80% depth of discharge.
